We finally had a few dry days in our area so we loaded up the gear and took my camera and the pick up for a ride to Ridgefield NWR. We had a great time. There were lots of big birds to shoot. I hope you all enjoy them because I had fun capturing them.

IT HAS BEEN A FEW MONTHS SINCE WE MADE THE TRIP SOUTH TO VISIT MY FAVORITE PLACE. WE FOUND IT TO BE CLOSE TO EMPTY EXCEPT FOR A FEW BIRDS STILL RAISING THEIR YOUNG. ENJOY THESE SHOTS.
